• Guest misuse of equipment
• Injuries resulting from improper use
• Venue restrictions

Client assumes responsibility for damage caused by guests.

6. Assumption of Risk

Mini golf is a recreational activity. By booking our services, client acknowledges participation involves inherent risks.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Par-Tee Mini Golf from claims arising from event use except in cases of gross negligence.
